
Meaning and History
"Gao Yord" is a sacred design regarded in the ancient texts as the "master yant". Its nine tapering spires represent the nine virtues of the Buddha and the highest of blessings. It is traditionally tattooed at the nape of the neck as the first design, presiding over all other yants.
According to belief, Yant Gao Yord offers all-encompassing blessings — protection from danger, loving-kindness and popularity, and strengthened power of mind — granting steady mindfulness and serving as a powerful spiritual anchor for its bearer.
